Resumo

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of temperature and packaging on post-harvest conservation of Mouriri pusa fruits. It was possible to observe that of the treatments used, which promoted greater durability of the fruits while maintaining the desirable characteristics, was 10°C associated to the plastic bag.
