Resumo

The essential oils of the species Cymbopogon citratus and Melissa officinalis and the ethanolic extract of Plectranthus amboinicus presented a repellent effect and insecticidal potential, causing mortalities above 50% and Repellency Indices (RI) of approximately 100% on Callosobruchus maculatus, used to control this pest during storage.
