Ensaios de toxicidade utilizando Artemias salinas para estimativa de dose letal (DL50) de diclofenaco de sódio

Resumo

In this study were conducted toxicity measures to estimate the lethal dose (LD50) of sodium diclofenac. To carry out this measure was used Artemias Salinas incubation technique. The adopted concentration range was between the values ​​of 1x10^-10mol.L^-1 and 1x10^-3mol.L^-1 and the value of DL (50 % mortality) was estimated to be 4,60x10^-4mol.L^{- 1}.
