Resumo

N-aryl anthranilic acids are an interesting class of compounds which shows antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and it is also employed as precursor of biologically important compounds such as acridine and acridone alkaloids. In the present work, we performed molecular 6D-QSAR studies of some N-aryl anthranilic acids against Cathepsin L. 6D-QSAR model result of N-aryl anthranilic acids derivatives are very promising. This can be valued by the good calculated cross-validation coefficients.
