Resumo

Starting acetates of iron and zinc, heat-treated for 4 hours at 600 ° C, synthesized the Zn_{1 - x}Fe_xO (0 £ x £ 5) system. The resulting materials were subjected to characterization by X-ray diffraction and subsequent refinement by Rieltveld method using Fullprof software.
