Síntese e caracterização estrutural de óxidos semicondutores magnéticos diluídos do tipo (Ti, Fe)O2, partindo de sais metálicos, utilizando a liofilização para processamento

Resumo

The Ti1-x FexO₂ (0 ≤ x ≤ 3) system was synthesized from iron acetate and titanium chloride, both freezedried and heat-treated for 4 h at 600 °C. The powder resulting were subjected the characterized by X-ray diffraction, which were refined by Rieltveld method using Fullprof Software.
