Resumo

Through a simple experimental setup, the sound produced during the boiling of the water was recorded and analyzed. The distribution of sound intensity, during boiling, does not conform to the Gaussian and can be modeled by the Tsallis distribution (q-Gaussian). On the other hand, preliminary results using the DFA, do not indicate the presence of long-range correlation coefficients.
