Comportamento mecânico de um solo da região Oeste da Bahia

Resumen

In this work, we study the mechanical behavior of the soil of West Bahia in the unsaturated condition. The results showed a remarkable relationship between the suction and unsaturated soil strength, indicating a large gain of strength, which should be considered in geotechnical project.
