O português falado pelos moradores da zona rural do Oeste da Bahia: coleta da amostra de falares da comunidade de Montevidinha

Resumo

The work plan was built to identify dialects of rural western Bahia. As sample was defined Montevidinha community, which belongs to the city of Santa Maria da Vitória. The methodology used during the current period was the socio-historical research and quantitative sociolinguistics. Based on bibliographical studies, it is clear the importance of the African people on the Portuguese language in Brazil, the slaves had much influence on the prevalence of the Portuguese language in Brazil, for these reasons, to collect speak samples of Montevidinha community can demonstrate the origins of the quilombo and what contributions it brought to the language of this region.
