Resumo

In this paper, the studies on the risks of contamination of groundwater and surface water by the herbicide paraquat were carried out in a banana plantation area on the irrigated perimeter of the Formoso Project, in Bom Jesus da Lapa/ Ba. Leaching indicators of pesticides were used to evaluate the risks of groundwater contamination by paraquat.
