Determinação de metais em amostras de peixe consumidas na cidade de Luís Eduardo Magalhães empregando a Espectrometria de Emissão Atômica com Plasma de Micro-Ondas

Resumo

This work aimed to quantify some metals in samples of fish consumed in the city of Luis Eduardo Magalhães. The samples were submitted to complete digestion in microwave oven with cavity. The concentrations of the metals (Pb, Ni, Cu, Mn, Zn) were quantified by MP AES, all values ​​found were below the maximum limits allowed by ANVISA. The data were treated using the neural networks. It was observed the formation of two groups, one formed by samples of fresh fish and the other canned fish.
