Estudo da variabilidade do conteúdo eletrônico total (TEC) devido às ondas planetárias

Resumo

In this work, we investigated of the variability of the total electronic content (TEC) associated to the planetary-scale waves.  The TEC data was obtained from a GPS receiver installed at Bom Jesus da Lapa (13,26ºS; 43,55°O). The results of the spectral analysis show the presence of periodic variations in the TEC that could be associated to the planetary-scale waves. The periodic variations were observed at periods near 2, 5, 10 and 16 days.
