Aplicação de bioensaios de toxicidade em poluentes emergentes submetidos a processos de oxidativos avançados

Resumo

The monitor the toxicity of diclofenac sodium, to estimate the median lethal dose and to analyze the photolized samples was made by bioassays with Artêmias Salinas. The median lethal dose (50% LD) of 4.41x10^-4 mol.L^-1 was found. And the monitoring of photolyzed samples showed the reduction of toxicity.
