Determinação e avaliação dos atributos físico-químicos de solos do município de Barreiras

Resumo

The variation in the distribution and quality of the organic matter in the soil can promote changes in its physical-chemical and biological properties. Balance of the organic matter from soil depends directly on the management practices adopted by farmers. Thus, the present project aims to evaluate the total organic carbon (TOC) of different soils of the municipality of Barreiras-BA. The results obtained present low TOC levels in the studied samples, since most of them were collected above 20 cm depth, where there is generally little concentration of organic matter.
