Expressão diferencial do gene de resistência ZMPR1 à antracnose foliar em linhagens endogâmicas de milho

Resumo

The objective of this research was to quantify the differential expression of the ZmPR1 gene to the anthracnose leaf blight in the inbred lines L04-2 (resistant) and L70-2 (susceptible) of the breeding program of the UEPG, as well as to verify the period after the inoculation of the pathogen in which the maximum expression of this gene occurs.
