Resumo

The corn starch film proved to be efficient in delaying the yellowing and shriveling of the peppers. Maize starch + essential oil has been shown to be effective in reducing the number of lesions and in citric acid contents in fruits. Cassava starch with essential oil of holy grass, conditioned less mass loss to chilies kept at 10 °C.
