Avaliação nutricional de silagens de resíduos de manga desidratados e aditivadas com casca de mandioca
The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of the inclusion of different levels of mango residue in nature (0, 10, 20 and 30% fresh matter) in the mixed silages of elephant grass and cassava peel. Maximum effluent loss (P <0.05) was observed with the inclusion of 24.3% of mango residue. In the silages with 20 and 30% of mango residue, higher protein contents were observed. The addition of 10.0% of mango residue in nature in elephant grass silage and cassava peel, promotes better forage conservation.
