Acute alcohol consumption during gestation is capable of causing harm to the embryo. Anchored in this premise, the present study evaluated the effects of acute ethanol administration on the twelfth day of gestation, evaluating its interference in the formation of memory pathways in mice, when young and adults, through the Test of Object Recognition and Test of Step Down.
