Galhas entomógenas associadas à flora de uma área do Cerrado na Serra da Bandeira, Barreiras, Oeste da Bahia

Resumo

The present study aimed to characterize the galls, inducers and associated fauna in a Cerrado area (Serra da Bandeira, Barreiras, Bahia). Galls were collected monthly between August 2017 and July 2018. Forty-eight morphotypes were obtained from twelve botanical families. Leguminosae showed the greatest richness of galls and the super host species was Copaifera sabolicola with 10 morphotypes. The inducers belong to Diptera and Hymenoptera, being Cecidomyiidae (Diptera) the most frequent gallers.
