Levantamento sobre uso de plantas medicinais na região Oeste da Bahia

Resumo

The use of medicinal plants for the treatment of diseases is almost as old as the human species itself. The application of the questionnaires showed that the elderly population has a great knowledge about medicinal plants, with the most used are capim santo, erva-cidreira, erva-doce and emburana.
