Resumo

Thiosemicarbazones are bioactive molecules that have a strong antitumor action by means of their chelating properties, thereby being able to promote the inhibition of enzymes that induce resistance to the treatment of gliomas such as Glutathione S-transferase-π (GST-π). This study consisted in verifying this activity by spectrophotometer, and toxicity tests in Artemia Salina.
