Tentativas de síntese de uma base de Schiff derivada da condensação do 5-bromo-1-salicilaldeído com ditioxamida

Resumo

In this work, attempts are made to synthesize and characterize a Schiff base derived from the condensation of dithioxamide with 5-bromo-1-salicylaldehyde. There were several reaction options in order to reach the product by varying the temperature parameters, and the reaction of fused reactants and use of water solvent of the base, which contradicts the data found in the literature.
