Modelagem mesoscópica da molécula de DNA

Resumo

The dynamics of DNA have been studied with the use of mechanical models that simulate the molecule at the mesoscopic scale. One of these processes studied is the thermal denaturation of the DNA. This work will show a generalization of a mechanical model to investigate the effects of nonlocality in the denaturation process.
