Disponibilidade de habitat para a ictiofauna do Rio de Ondas, Bahia

Resumo

The objective of the work was to carry out the ecohydrological modeling of habitat availability for the ichthyofauna of the Ondas river, Bahia. The species Hoplerythrinus unitaeniatus and Leporinus piau showed adaptations in areas with low flow rates, while Hoplias malabaricus showed usable area in larger flows. The data can broaden the discussions about the use of ecological flows and the proposal of public policies for the management of water resources.
