Conservação pós-colheita de frutos nativos do Cerrado

Resumo

The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of different packages on the conservation and postharvest quality of Anacardium humile pseudofructs. It was possible to observe that of the treatments used, the one that promoted greater durability of the pseudofructs, maintaining the desirable characteristics was the bag of low density polyethylene.
